Comme NeoOffice est un portage d'OpenOffice.org sur Mac OSX, la plupart des questions concernant l'utilisation de NeoOffice 1.2.x trouveront leurs réponses par la consultation des sites de support d'OpenOffice.org en français Voir la liste dans la section Où puis-je trouver des éléments de réponse à d'autres questions d'utilisation ? ci-dessous. Veuillez noter que NeoOffice 1.2.x est basé sur le code d'OpenOffice.org 1.1.5; en conséquence, tous les astuces et conseils donnés dans ces forums concernant OpenOffice.org 2.x ne sont pas forcément applicables à NeoOffice 1.2.x ; ces astuces et conseils sont applicables à NéoOffice 2.X qui lui, est basé sur le code d' OpenOffice 2.0.x.
