Translate the generic Langname section into your own language when you translate the NeoOffice Support page, replacing the links with the relevant external and internal links for your language. That section replaces the "English Support" section in your translation of NeoOffice Support.

Langname Support

Because NeoOffice is a port of OpenOffice.org for Mac OS X, the majority of questions concerning the use of NeoOffice 2.1 may be resolved by consulting Langname support sites for OpenOffice.org. (Note that NeoOffice 2.1 is based on the OpenOffice.org 2.1 codebase.) A list of user guides, support sites, and other resources for NeoOffice and OpenOffice.org can be found on the Documentation and Related Resources page.

For any queries specifically relating to NeoOffice rather than to OpenOffice.org (generally areas where NeoOffice interacts with Mac OS X, e.g. printing), follow these steps:

1. Refer first to the NeoWiki; type a keyword or keywords into the search box to find pages related to your issue.
2. Check out the NeoOffice Tips and Hints page of the wiki.
3. Refer to one or more of the NeoOffice specific resources on the Documentation and Related Resources page of the wiki.
4. Search the trinity fora for key words or phrases in your question; many questions have already been answered, sometimes several times over, and can be found with a quick search of the "NeoOffice Support" forum.
5. If you still can't find the answer to your question after exhausting all other resources, by all means ask your question in the NeoOffice Support forum on trinity. The forum language is English, but there are on a regular basis French-, Spanish-, and Italian-speaking users who may help with problems of translation.

Comme NeoOffice est un portage d'OpenOffice.org sur Mac OSX, la plupart des questions concernant l'utilisation de NeoOffice 2.1 trouveront leurs réponses par la consultation des sites de support d'OpenOffice.org en français Voir la liste sur la page Documentation et Ressources Associées. Veuillez noter que NeoOffice 2.1 est basé sur le code d'OpenOffice.org 2.1. Pour toutes les questions concernant spécifiquement NeoOffice plutôt qu'OpenOffice.org (comment NeoOffice interagit avec Mac OSX, pour l'impression, par exemple), procédez de la façon suivante :
