Footnotes Stuff
- Cite.php is available, but it doesn't appear to allow us to do footnotes for each section, only endnotes.
- Wikipedia's default reference format does, however, appear to support section-based lists (is this Cite.php???)
- Footnote popups adds :hover-based display of footnotes.
