If you are running OS X Yosemite and you find a bug that did not occur before upgrading to OS X Yosemite, send us an e-mail with the following information:

  • Tell us which version of NeoOffice you are using
  • List the steps that you think trigger the bug
  • Attach any documents that are needed to reproduce the bug
  • If NeoOffice crashes or hangs, attach a crash log or a sample from the Activity Monitor application

We can only fix bugs that we can reproduce so please give us as much information as you can to help us reproduce the bug.

Most bugs require a lot of work to fix so we work on any crashing and hanging bugs first. If we have any time after fixing those bugs, we work on any bugs that are caused by Apple's OS X Yosemite changes.
