New Features in NeoOffice 2015 Classic Edition
If you have not downloaded a release of NeoOffice since version 3.4.1, there are several new features in NeoOffice 2015 Classic Edition. Some of the most significant include:
- NeoOffice is now a 64-bit application instead of a 32-bit application so it does not have any of issues that we found when running NeoOffice 3.4.1 on OS X El Capitan Beta.
- NeoOffice now uses Oracle's Java SE Development Kit (JDK) so Base users can view and edit NeoOffice, OpenOffice, and LibreOffice database files without having to install Apple's obsolete version of Java.
