+ | It's a prickly mess, that's what it is :sigh: I don't know how we go about saying Neo is a cocoa app (de-emphasising Java) without running into the "why isn't a Cocoa port viable" argument we also make and also explaining no, it's not Cocoa like Mail or Safari, it's 99% cross-platform C using the vcl toolkit.... we need oscar to make a new pyramid (or Patrick to stop fixing bugs and draw us a diagram!). So i tossed in the phrase "pure cocoa" a couple of times...dunno if it helps. We're chimera on steroids. |

techinically, i _think_ that moving from java 1.3.1 to java 1.4 moves NeoOffice from being a carbon application to a cocoa one. not an objective C cocoa application, but a Jave one... but the buzz word is "cocoa", right? ;-)
