+We'd need to get permission to republish from people we find around the web. But that would be nice. See the section in the [[NeoOffice/J Press Kit#Real-world stories|Press Kit]] about them.

+You don't need permission to quote exerpts from people. That's "fair use" for one thing, and typically it would only be necessary for an artistic or creative work. People quote other people all the time. Now, if we're using their name for an endorsement, that may be different-- I'm not sure the rules. But I think that would apply only for someone who's a "name brand"-- a celebrity or something. If the testimonial page is more akin to "reporting" ie, this person said this on a web page, I don't think permissions are necessary. Also, we could obfuscate the names if you think it would be prudent ie:
 +
 + "This program is awesome!"
 + -- J.K. from <website>
 +
+Or.. we could at least have a page called "Raves" or "Reviews" where users can voluntarily write up their experiences. Why leave it up to 3rd parties to offer user reactions? :)

Or.. we could at least have a page called "Raves" or "Reviews" where users can voluntarily write up their experiences. Why leave it up to 3rd parties to offer user reactions? :)
