If a NeoOffice .dmg file was not completely downloaded, you can use the curl command in the Terminal application to download the missing bits of a NeoOffice .dmg file.

To download using the curl command, use the following steps:

  1. Go to the NeoOffice download page and select the version that you want to download
  2. When the download starts, cancel the download
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the web page and click on the link that is in the red rectangle shown in the screen snapshot below
  4. Follow the instructions in the web page that appears
