NeoOffice 3.4.1 will prompt you to upgrade to a newer version. NeoOffice 3.4.1 has only been tested on OS X Yosemite so if you are using OS X El Capitan beta, we recommend that you do one of the following: wait until we release a next version - NeoOffice 2015 Classic Edition - which we expect to release shortly before Apple releases the official version of OS X El Capitan or purchase the Mac App Store version of NeoOffice.
