Depending on which version of Mac OS X and which Chinese, Japanese, or Korean input method you are using, NeoOffice will input spaces, punctuation, and numbers in single-byte (half-width) format or double-byte (full-width) format. To change any spaces, punctuation, or numbers from one format to the other, use the following steps:

  • Convert single-byte to double-byte - Highlight all text that needs full-width spaces, punctuation, or numbers and select the Format :: Change Case :: Full-width menu
  • Convert double-byte to single-byte - Highlight all text that needs half-width spaces, punctuation, or numbers and select the Format :: Change Case :: Half-width menu
